Syamsul Hadi, S.U.,M.A. beliau adalah guru besar Fakultas Ilmu Budaya (FIB) UGM dan Prof. DR. Sangidu, M.Hum beliau adalah kepala departemen antar budaya Fakultas ilmu budaya UGM.
Kunjungan diterima oleh jajaran pimpinan pondok beserta pimpinan wakaf center di kantor utama kampus PPM MBS. Ramah tamah berlangsung akrab karena Prof. Syamsul sudah sedari awal ikut memperhatikan perkembangan pondok MBS.
